Humanities Without Walls Summer Workshop for Graduate Students

Humanities Without Walls is a program that sponsors workshops for doctoral students to explore innovative careers within and beyond the Academy, allowing them to develop wide contacts and a broad skill set. Catholic University has the opportunity to nominate one student to attend the subsidized summer, 2019 workshop in Chicago. Interested students should submit an application to the CUA selection committee bySeptember 30, 2018 at 5pm. The application consists of:
*A completed application cover sheet, which you can access at the link above
*A 1000 word narrative
*A 2 page cv
Further details can be found at the Humanities Without Walls website. Please submit these materials as one PDF file to the chair of the committee, Dr. Jennifer Davis (davisj@cua.edu) by September 30.
Please also arrange for two letters of recommendation to be submitted separately to the committee by September 30.
On the basis of the committee's recommendation, Dean Ann Corsi of the School of Arts and Sciences will nominate one CUA student for the national competition.
